Dwayne is the lead pastor at Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC which was established in 2007. He also serves as the director of pastoral care of the Acts 29 Network. As well as pastoring, Dwayne is a zealous advocate for equipping the next generation of Biblical counselors. He sits on the Board to Directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the creator of numerous online articles and the author of Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling: Redefining Lives by God's Ever-changing Reality (eds. Kelleman and Viars). Dwayne with his wife Leslie and their three children.
